Online registration will include registering for the following events: Annual Meeting (see rates below), Continuing Education and Workshops (additional costs), Student-Mentor Speed Sessions, Welcoming Event Buddy List, Spawning Run/Carcass Crawl (additional costs), Student Networking Event, and Volunteer Opportunities (paid for current students).

Guests of meeting registrants must register and have a badge.

- Registration fees are not waived for presenters.
- All presenters, speakers, Trade Show exhibitors, and guests must register.
- Meeting registration does not include membership fees.

All AFS members in good standing will be charged a registration fee corresponding with their current member type. AFS members benefit from discounted fees. Your membership must be valid through December 31, 2017, in order to be considered a member in good standing. Become a member today!
YOUR REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES:
- Attendance at plenary, concurrent, and poster sessions
- Program book and meeting App with session listings and schedule
- Evening networking events on Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday
- Student networking event at Tampa’s Lowry Park Zoo (for student registrants only)
- Trade Show entrance
- All refreshment breaks
Registration fees do not include accommodations. AFS will have a limited block of rooms at Tampa Marriott Waterside and Embassy Suites. Please make your accommodation reservations early to take advantage of lower rates.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Annual Meeting: All refund requests must be made in writing by fax (301-897-8096) or email (eprzygod@fisheries.org ) by July 31, 2017. 80% of the total charges will be then refunded. No cancellations or refunds will be made after this date. However, we will allow substitutions at no additional cost. If a registered participant cannot attend, then the existing registration can be transferred to a new participant.
Continuing Education (CE) Workshops: A full refund will be issued, only, in the case of cancellation of a CE workshop by AFS. For CE questions, please contact Lauren Maza at lmaza@fisheries.org.

VOLUNTEERS
Volunteers are needed! What a better way to network than to volunteer at AFS. Sign-up to volunteer during online registration.
Need $100? Current students can complete paid volunteer hours. Students are required to volunteer for a minimum of 10 hours ($10 per hour). Student volunteers will be paid after the meeting.
